Product Description

SK95(SK4) steel is the most common carbon tool steel with moderate toughness and low production cost. After heat treatment, SK95(SK4) steel hardness can reach 58-60HRC. However, this steel has low hardenability and poor heat resistance (250°C). It is not easy to overheat while still maintaining a fine grain. The toughness is acceptable, the strength and wear resistance are higher than SK65-SK85, but the thermal hardness is low, the hardenability is still not high, and the quenching deformation is large.

SK95(SK4) material conforms to the JIS standard and is recognized internationally for its stable performance, making it suitable for general industrial applications where durability and cost-effectiveness are essential.
