SK85(SK5) high carbon steel coil / strip
SK85 (SK5) steel is Japanese high-grade carbon tool steel, cold work die steel, high carbon steel with a mass fraction of carbon above 0.80%. SK85 (SK5) steel hardness after quenching is 50~60HRC. It has high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and easy spheroidization.
C75S 1074 steel coil
C75S steel is a high-carbon spring steel known for its good elasticity and tensile strength. The “S” in its designation indicates it is of a special quality, often with stricter controls on impurities like sulfur and phosphorus. The key C75S properties of high hardness and flexibility are developed through quenching and tempering.
SK95(SK4) T10 high carbon steel coil
SK95(SK4) steel is the most common carbon tool steel with moderate toughness and low production cost. After heat treatment, SK95(SK4) steel hardness can reach 58-60HRC. However, this steel has low hardenability and poor heat resistance (250°C). It is not easy to overheat while still maintaining a fine grain.

S60C steel is a medium-to-high carbon grade. It is chosen for applications that need greater strength and wear resistance than S50C. Heat treatment is required to achieve the key S60C properties, such as very high hardness. However, this also makes the it more difficult to machine and weld.
S50C 1050 medium carbon steel coil
S50C steel is a medium carbon steel offering higher strength and wear resistance than S45C. Through heat treatment, it can achieve a hard, wear-resistant surface, making it excellent for more applications. The primary trade-offs for this performance are reduced toughness and more difficult machining and welding. As its hardenability is limited, it is best applied to components of small to medium size.
75Cr1 steel coil
75Cr1 steel is a high-carbon alloy steel known for its high hardness and excellent wear resistance after heat treatment.The addition of chromium facilitates the heat treatment process and allows higher hardness to be achieved than the standard C75 Carbon Steel. The key 75Cr1 properties of a sharp, durable edge and good toughness are developed through a careful quenching and tempering process.

S65C 1064 spring steel coil
