Good News – Wcan Holding Successfully Acquires POSCO’s Subsidiary in Suzhou

Following the successful acquisition of 100% equity of POSCO’s Shunde factory in 2019, Wcan Group, six years later, completed the acquisition of another 100% equity stake in POSCO’s Suzhou plant (Suzhou POSCO Technology Co., Ltd.) in February 2025. This acquisition marks yet another milestone in Wcan Group’s development journey and lays a solid foundation for the Group’s industrial upgrading and international expansion.
